New TechJournalContents current awareness service is popular
The newly released and freely available TechJournalContents service, which searches across the most recent issues of nearly 4,000 technology journals for up-to-date content, is proving popular. We’ve noticed a lot of hits in the few days since it was made available, and its been mentioned by various bloggers and in some newsletters. Knowledgespeak featured the service, as did ResourceShelf and also the UCL Library Services blog, one of the Open University Library blogs, Reference Notes, Engineering Update, Electronic Resources News and Peter Scott’s Library Blog.
We’ve put a link to TechJournalContents on the TechXtra home page, where it joins several other services designed to help you find many types of information in engineering, mathematics and computing.
And you can now get an A-Z list of journals included in the service by clicking on the number of journals to the right of TechJournalContents
